Corporate position responsible for developing and administering global employee benefit programs, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, 401(k), deferred compensation, wellness and education benefits. Oversee global benefit renewals and enrollment processes. Manage regulatory compliance not limited to EEO, ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA, FMLA, ADAAA, disability, auditing and proper filings with federal/state requirements. Oversee 401(k) plan, actuarial valuations, annual 5500’s, plus self-funded group health plans, contracts, and third party administrator (TPA) contracts.
